Cancellation Policy

Why book with us?

A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.

Welcome to our cancellation policies page. As a re-seller of various tours, we understand the importance of clarity and assurance when it comes to cancellation procedures. Before booking any tour, we highly recommend reviewing the cancellation policies specific to the tour you intend to book. However, booking with us offers an added layer of support and peace of mind. Should you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding cancellations, rest assured that our dedicated team is here to assist you every step of the way. From facilitating refunds to liaising with tour operators on your behalf, we are committed to ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Our cancellation policies are as follows:

• A cancellation up to 24 hours prior to departure of the tour entitles the guest to a 100% refund.
• Less than 24 hours prior to departure, the guest receives no refund unless due to illness accompanied by a valid doctor's statement.
• In case of illness, only the person who is ill will receive a 100% refund. Other participants within the same booking that cancel the tour will not receive a refund unless otherwise decided by the supplier depending on the circumstances.
• No-shows, or if you miss the tour because you are too late, and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be charged the full price.
• In case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances the tour will be rescheduled, if rescheduling is not possible or the new time is inconvenient for you, a full refund will be issued.
